What is HYP?

Habitat Young Professionals (HYP) engages young professionals (ages 21-40) in volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity of Southwest Alabama.  HYP events include networking, fundraisers, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity of Southwest Alabama and The Habitat ReStore as well as many exciting events.

From wine tasting to bowling to building homes, HYP events are always opportunities for camaraderie, networking, and for supporting Habitat for Humanity of Southwest Alabama.  This group is for people wanting to get involved in the community while having fun and making friends.  We encourage all young professionals of conscience to join us! 

Our Goal

Our ultimate goal is to build a HYP House - a symbol of what young professionals are capable of doing in Mobile.  In order to raise the money for a house, we need your donations and contributions and to contine "getting the word out" about HYP membership and events.  Please help by becoming a member.  Membership contributions are paid to HFHSW and are used for future HYP events and ultimately a HYP house, funded and constructed by trend-setting-young-professionals just like you!
